About FeeFix
I'm Kevin Tennerson.
I help local business owners build better businesses.
Better Information. Better Decisions. Better Businesses.
I spent nearly 15 years at Cisco. My job wasn't selling technology — it was sitting across the table from business owners and helping them solve real problems. I loved that work. I loved being the person people called when they were trying to figure something out.
Then I was laid off.
It wasn't part of the plan. But it gave me a chance to think about what I actually wanted to build. I'd spent years working with large companies, but the businesses I cared about most were the ones in my own neighborhood — the restaurants, the auto shops, the dental offices, the contractors. The local businesses that hold communities together.
I kept seeing the same thing: smart, hardworking owners being sold payment processing like it was a commodity. Rates, fees, equipment, contracts — nobody was sitting down with them and asking what they were actually trying to build.
That's why I started FeeFix.
I believe relationships come before transactions. I believe business owners deserve honest information, not a sales pitch. And I believe a payment system should support the business you're trying to build — not the other way around.
FeeFix isn't a payment processor. I'm a trusted advisor. My job is to understand your business, review your payment system honestly, and help you make decisions that move you toward your goals.

Off the Clock
When I'm not working with business owners, I'm spending time with my family, on the golf course, or just walking through the local businesses that make this community feel like home. It's a big part of why I do what I do.
"I don't want to be the person you call only when something breaks.
I want to be someone you call as your business grows."

What I Believe
How I Work
Relationships Before Transactions
I'd rather earn your trust over time than make a sale today. The relationship is the whole point.
Honest Information First
You deserve clear, plain-English information — not a sales pitch. That's true even when the answer is that you're already in good shape.
Local Business Matters
The businesses I care about most are the ones in my own neighborhood. They hold communities together.
A Partner for the Long Haul
I'm not the person you call only when something breaks. I'm someone you call as your business grows.
